Do you take special order requests?

We always try to accommodate your requests. Some of the vendors that we deal with are more flexible with their minimum quantities, and some are rather strict. It is always good to ask - We are happy to do it whenever we can.​

 

I am looking for a good deal - do you ever offer coupons or discounts?

We often have special coupons/deals for local customers who shop in person.  These are valid on most items that we have in stock and can be found in local papers, on placemats and in area advertisments for select events.

Our online shop always has a sale section with some great deals on select toys - these savings are not always available to our in-person shoppers.

Why are some items on sale?  Are they still good?

Sometimes we put items on sale that we are discontinuing from our inventory and no longer plan on carrying, sometimes because an item is the last one left and sometimes because the box, or packaging, is slightly damaged (but the products inside are fine).  We offer these are deep discount prices and they cannot be returned. 

 

Can I make a purchase over the phone?

Sure! We can gladly help you out over the phone. Whether you know what you want to buy, or you need us to pick something out for you, we can do it all for you. Be sure to have your credit card ready and give us a call at 203-791-0531.

 

Do you offer shipping?

We are happy to ship items that you purchase from us. We ship using UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Price varies depending on size, weight and distance. Orders placed with us usually ship within 2 business days.

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a very flexible return policy. We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase that doesn't meet your needs or expectations. The exception to this policy would be our SALE items - these items are a final sale. Merchandise must be returned unopened and in its original packaging. For returns that were purchased in person - We will refund you your original purchase price using your original form of payment as long as you have your receipt. Returns without a receipt will receive the current price and a store credit. For returns on orders that were purchased online and shipped - We ask that you please call us at 203-791-0531 to start the return process. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

 

What happens if a toy I bought is broken or missing parts?

You have a few options:

1.  Bring the toy into the store and we will replace it, or give you a store credit if we no longer have the item.

2.  Call or email the company directly - often times they can help you troubleshoot, or send you the necessary part(s).

3.  If you purchased the item online, give us a call and we'll help to resolve it.

I cannot find my Gift Certificate. Can it be replaced?

Unfortunately gift cards/gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
