Covid-19 Safety Precautions:

We want you to feel safe and enjoy your shopping experience with us. We follow the state and town recommendations for Covid restrictions.

*IF MASK MANDATES ARE LIFTED: We will not require masks if you are vaccinated. We do ask that you respect fellow shoppers who may still decide to wear one.

*IF MASK MANDATES ARE IN PLACE: Please do your best to respect that and wear a mask while you shop. If you forget your mask, we have disposable ones for you.

*All of the staff here are fully vaccinated.

*We have a "Sanitizing Station" set up right when you enter for you to use as you come in.

*We are frequently sanitizing surfaces that are commonly touched throughout the day.

*We continue to offer curbside pick-up.

Do you take special order requests?

We always try to accommodate your requests. Some of the vendors that we deal with are more flexible with their minimum quantities, and some are rather strict. It is always good to ask - We are happy to do it whenever we can.​

 

I am looking for a good deal - do you ever offer coupons or discounts?

We do! The best way to guarantee that you get the latest coupons and exclusive deals is to sign up on our mailing list (here). Occasionally you may be able to find a coupon attached to an ad we have in a newspaper or publication.

 

Can I make a purchase over the phone?

Sure! We can gladly help you out over the phone - or by email. Whether you know what you want to buy, or you need us to pick something out for you, we can do it and have it all ready, wrapped up and waiting for you to pick-up. Just call us at 203-791-0531 or email: [email protected]

 

Do you offer shipping?

We are happy to ship items that you purchase from us. We ship everything USPS Priority Mail. Price varies depending on size & weight.

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a very flexible return policy. We will gladly exchange or refund any purchase that doesn't meet your needs or expectations. The exception to this policy would be our SALE items - these items are a final sale.

 

I cannot find my Gift Certificate. Can it be replaced?

Usually. Our gift certificates purchased from 2016-on are numbered. As long as you know your last 4 digits we can look it up and replace it (as long as it hasn't been used). Gift Cards issued prior to 2016 cannot be replaced.
